Delete a Resume Studio project
Open Resume Studio, locate the project, and use its Delete action. This removes the project's uploaded document and related Resume Studio content according to platform behaviour. Separate financial, credit, security, or audit records are not necessarily part of that project and are not removed by this action.
Request full account deletion
Email support@skillfutura.com and clearly request account and data deletion. Contact us from the email associated with your account where possible so ownership can be verified. Account deletion is currently completed through a support-validated administrative process rather than a self-service button.
Identity verification
We may request information reasonably needed to verify that you control the account. Never send us your password, Google password, bank password, PIN, or OTP.
What is removed or anonymized
The process revokes account access and active sessions and removes or anonymizes account and profile identity, career/profile information, Google linkage, resumes and files, interview and transcript content, relevant generated personal reports, notifications, and support content, as applicable to the account.
What may remain
Limited records may remain where necessary for transaction and accounting records, refunds and reconciliation, fraud or security controls, disputes, legal obligations, audit integrity, credit or referral accounting, consent history, entitlement history, and certificate integrity. Where feasible, personal identity is anonymized in retained records. We do not promise one fixed retention period for every category.
Effect of deletion
- Normal account access and authentication are disabled.
- Active sessions are revoked.
- The deleted account cannot continue normal sign-in.
