AI supports Resume Studio analysis and generation, Interview Studio preparation and feedback, professional or psychometric profile reports, and administrator content workflows such as assessment or question generation. Available features may evolve.

SkillFutura currently supports OpenAI and Google Gemini for configured AI features. A particular request is routed to the provider used for that feature; it is not necessarily submitted to both. Provider availability may change as the service evolves.

• Resume Studio: your resume or extracted text, job description, instructions, and relevant career context.
• Interview Studio: answers, transcripts or audio-derived content, and relevant role, resume, job, skill, seniority, or career context.
• Psychometric or professional reports: relevant assessment responses, results, and profile context.

Only information relevant to the requested feature should be processed. Details about providers, storage, and deletion appear in the Privacy Policy.

AI can make mistakes, omit relevant facts, invent details, and reflect limitations or biases in underlying systems and data. Review important outputs and verify claims before relying on or publishing them. AI feedback and scores are not guaranteed predictors of interviews, hiring, or career outcomes.

You remain responsible for resumes you submit, job applications, interview responses, career decisions, and action taken from recommendations. SkillFutura AI tools support the user; they do not independently make hiring decisions for employers.

Psychometric and professional-profile features do not provide medical, psychiatric, mental-health, or clinical diagnoses and are not a substitute for qualified professional evaluation.

Do not submit information you lack permission to use, unnecessary highly sensitive information, illegal content, malware, or material that violates third-party rights. Resumes naturally contain personal information; include only what is relevant and appropriate. Verify and adapt generated content before external use.
