You can browse public pages, courses, company preparation, and FAQs without an account. An account is required to take assessments, save progress, use personalized tools, and view results or certificates.

A FREE account provides the free features and allowances shown in your dashboard, including published free assessments where available. Individual AI tools may have their own free usage allowance, which is shown in the product before use.

PRO unlocks paid assessment content and higher allowances for supported AI career tools. The current pricing page and your dashboard are the source of truth for included features and access duration.

Choose a published assessment, answer its questions, and submit when you are ready. SkillFutura saves supported in-progress attempts and produces a result after submission.

Yes. Assessment tracks can contain multiple levels, with assessments grouped into a structured progression. The exact levels depend on the selected track.

Yes. FREE users can take assessments marked as free. Assessments marked PRO require active PRO access.

Levels unlock in sequence. Complete the required assessments in the current level before moving to the next; a later level may also require PRO if it contains PRO-only assessments.

Your submitted attempt is scored according to the assessment type and appears in your results. Knowledge assessments can show marks, percentage, and pass status, while psychometric assessments return the applicable profile-style result.

Certificates are available for eligible completed assessments when the configured completion rules are met. You can view certificates issued to your account from the dashboard.

Published content can cover data engineering, cloud, programming, algorithms, AI and machine learning, Databricks, and related career skills. Available topics depend on the current course and assessment catalog.

Company Preparation organizes public guidance around the interview themes and technology expectations associated with featured employers. It is a preparation aid, not an affiliation with or guarantee of employment by those companies.

Resume Studio lets signed-in users create resume projects and use supported AI-assisted resume workflows. Usage is governed by the free or PRO allowance and SF Credit rules shown in the product.

Ask SkillFutura is the AI support assistant available from the homepage and dashboard. Visitors can ask public product questions; signed-in context may improve guidance, but the assistant should not be used to share passwords or sensitive payment details.

Signed-in users can access Refer & Earn from the dashboard and share their referral link or code. Eligibility, attribution, and any reward status are recorded by the current referral program rules shown there.

SkillFutura uses the checkout options shown on the current pricing page. After a successful verified payment, the corresponding fixed-duration PRO entitlement is attached to your account.

Current PRO purchases provide fixed-duration access rather than automatic recurring billing. A cancellation can record your intent to end access, while an already-paid entitlement generally remains available through its paid period.

Paid digital access is generally non-refundable after activation or use, with limited exceptions reviewed for issues such as duplicate or incorrect charges, material service failure, or legal requirements. Read the current Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
