Privacy Policy

Depending on the features you use, you may provide your name, email, account credentials, profile and career information, skills, employment goals, assessment and psychometric responses, resumes or CVs, job descriptions, interview answers or audio, support communications, and other information you choose to submit. Not every category is required.

SkillFutura may create or store assessment scores and results, professional or psychometric profiles, AI-generated analyses, resume scores and job matches, optimized resume content, interview feedback, certificates, notifications, access entitlements, payment status, and SF Credit ledger entries.

Google Sign-In is optional; email-and-password registration remains available. We request OpenID identity, email, and basic profile information to authenticate you, create or link the appropriate SkillFutura account, and verify the email information Google supplies. We do not receive your Google password, request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or Contacts, or store Google access or refresh tokens.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements where applicable.

When you choose an AI-powered feature, information needed to provide it may be processed by configured external AI providers, currently OpenAI and Google Gemini. A request is sent only to the provider used for that feature—not automatically to every provider.

• Resume Studio: resume content and extracted text, job descriptions, career context, and your instructions.
• Interview Studio: responses, transcripts or audio-derived content, and relevant resume, role, job, skill, seniority, or career context.
• Professional and psychometric reports: relevant responses, results, and profile context.
• Assessment workflows: relevant content used for administrator-assisted question or assessment generation.

Inputs and outputs may be stored as part of the service you request. Provider processing is also governed by applicable provider terms and privacy practices. See our Responsible AI Policy.

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Complete card, bank, and UPI credentials are handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by SkillFutura. We may retain payment and order identifiers, amount, status, entitlement or subscription information, reconciliation metadata, and refund information.

SF Credits are platform service units, not money. We maintain credit balances and ledger entries for allocation, purchase, use, refunds, reconciliation, and audit.

We may process IP addresses, User-Agent or browser/device information, timestamps, security and session events, and operational logs. With your permission, Google Analytics 4 also processes usage information such as pages visited and navigation events; we do not intentionally send submitted content or account identity to it. SkillFutura uses an access token in browser local storage, an HTTP-only refresh cookie, temporary Google OAuth security cookies, session storage for sign-in return paths, and local storage for interface and analytics preferences. • Create, authenticate, secure, and support accounts.
• Provide assessments, learning and career tools, AI features, certificates, PRO entitlements, SF Credits, referrals, and notifications.
• Process purchases, refunds, reconciliation, and transactional communications.
• Operate, troubleshoot, improve, and protect the platform; prevent fraud and abuse; resolve disputes; and meet applicable obligations.

We do not describe submitted content as training data for a SkillFutura-owned AI model. External AI provider handling is governed by applicable provider terms and privacy practices.

We use service providers where needed to operate SkillFutura, including Google for sign-in, Gemini, and consented Google Analytics; OpenAI for AI features; Razorpay for payments; transactional email providers; and infrastructure or storage providers. They may process information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices, including outside your state or country. We do not claim a particular data-centre location.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide accounts and services and for transaction or accounting records, security, fraud prevention, disputes, legal or regulatory obligations, and audit integrity. Different categories can require different periods; we do not promise a single fixed period.

You can delete your Resume Studio projects in the product. For full account deletion, contact support@skillfutura.com. Identity and user content are removed or anonymized where appropriate, while limited financial, entitlement, credit, referral, consent, certificate, security, and audit records may remain where necessary. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, session controls, and audit records. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

SkillFutura is intended only for people aged 18 or older and is not intended for children or minors under 18. If you believe a minor submitted information, contact support@skillfutura.com.

Depending on applicable law and available product controls, you may access or correct profile information, delete Resume Studio projects, stop using features, request account deletion, or contact us about privacy and data questions.
