Terms of Service

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and keep your credentials and account access secure. SkillFutura supports local authentication and, where available, Google Sign-In. You must not share or abuse accounts or compromise another account.

SkillFutura provides learning, assessment, and career-development services, including courses and resources, assessments, Resume Studio, Interview Studio, professional or psychometric profiles, certificates, PRO access, and SF Credits. Features may change and are not guaranteed to remain permanently available. FREE and paid PRO access provide different entitlements; current offers and prices appear on the Pricing page.

SF Credits are platform service credits usable only for eligible SkillFutura services. They are not cash, bank deposits, cryptocurrency, securities, or investments; are not redeemable for cash except where applicable law requires; and are not transferable unless SkillFutura explicitly enables transfer. Credits may be purchased or promotional, and consumption follows the platform rules shown for the relevant feature.

Payments are currently handled through Razorpay. By purchasing, you authorize the displayed charge. Paid access currently uses fixed-duration entitlements rather than automatic recurring renewal. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable and must be reviewed. They assist learning and career preparation; they are not guaranteed professional determinations or predictors of outcomes. See the Responsible AI Policy and Disclaimer.

You retain applicable rights in content you upload. You grant SkillFutura and its service providers a limited right to host, copy, transmit, process, adapt, and display that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, and support the services you request. You must have permission to use submitted content and must not violate third-party rights.

• Do not use the service unlawfully, impersonate others, upload malware, or infringe third-party rights.
• Do not bypass access controls, scrape improperly, use malicious automation, compromise accounts, or attempt to extract system prompts, secrets, or protected service internals.
• Do not cheat, manipulate assessments, or misuse AI features in a way that harms people or the service.

SkillFutura software, design, and platform content belong to SkillFutura, SMART-LEARNING SOLUTIONS AND SERVICES, or their applicable licensors. Third-party services have separate terms, and references to their names or products do not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement. See Credits, Copyright & Trademarks.

SkillFutura certificates are platform achievement or completion credentials unless explicitly stated otherwise. They are not automatically government or university accreditation, vendor certification, employer endorsement, or professional licensure. Public verification may display the candidate name and basic achievement details needed to validate a certificate.

We aim to operate a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may proportionately restrict or suspend access for security risks, abuse, non-payment, or Terms violations. You may separately request deletion under Data & Account Deletion.

The service is provided subject to applicable law and the Disclaimer. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SkillFutura and its operator are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, third-party services, or decisions made from AI, assessment, or career outputs. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms; material changes may require renewed acceptance. They are governed by applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts of competent jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India will have jurisdiction. Contact support@skillfutura.com with legal questions.
